Through our working relationship with KIT, Intuition is looking to recommend and assist prospective international students who are interested in applying to the university through the GKS program. We believe that a strong application begins with more than simply meeting the minimum eligibility requirements.

Applicants should also understand their chosen field of study, explain why the program suits their academic interests, and present a clear and realistic plan for their studies in Korea. Our role is to guide applicants through this preparation process and help them submit applications that reflect their qualifications and genuine motivation.

3. Available Associate Degree Majors

Applicants should carefully consider their intended major before beginning the application process. Your selected field of study should align with your motivations, interests, and future goals.

The following majors are available for this GKS-U 2027 opportunity at KIT:

4. GKS-U 2027 Eligibility and Application Requirements

Before applying, prospective students must review the eligibility criteria and prepare the required documents. Meeting the basic requirements is an essential first step, but it does not guarantee selection.

[GKS-U OFFICIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS]

  • All applicants and their parents must hold citizenship from a country other than Korea.

  • Must be under 25 years of age (born after March 1, 2002).

  • Have completed (or are expected to graduate) from a high school or equivalent abroad.

  • Have never obtained a Bachelor's degree or an Associate Degree.

  • High school Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) minimum 2.64/4.00 or 80% on a 100-point scale.

Is Korean language proficiency required?

Applicants who already have Korean language skills may be particularly well-positioned to prepare for studying and living in Korea. For this opportunity, applicants with Korean proficiency, especially TOPIK Level 2 or Level 3, are preferred.

Korean proficiency should be understood as a positive factor for this opportunity, not a guarantee of scholarship selection.

6. How Intuition Can Help with Your GKS-U Application

A scholarship application is not just a collection of documents. It is an opportunity to present your academic background, explain your motivation, and demonstrate why your chosen program is a suitable next step in your education. At Intuition, we provide structured application assistance for students interested in the GKS-U 2027 University Track at KIT.

Our GKS Assistance Services include:

  1. Thorough Document Preparation Guidance

We guide applicants through the required documents and help them understand how to prepare their applications in accordance with the relevant instructions. This includes reviewing document completeness, checking consistency across application materials, and identifying issues that may need attention before submission.

  2. Unlimited Personal Statement and Study Plan Reviews

Your Personal Statement and Study Plan are important opportunities to explain who you are, why you want to study in Korea, and what you intend to achieve. Our service includes unlimited reviews of both the Personal Statement and Study Plan throughout the preparation process. We provide feedback to help applicants communicate their ideas more clearly, strengthen their reasoning, and present their goals in a coherent and convincing way. We work with your actual background and experiences rather than relying on generic essays that could apply to any applicant.

  3. Major and Program Alignment

Choosing a major is only the beginning. Your application should also explain why that field is relevant to your background, interests, and future plans. We help applicants develop a clearer understanding of their chosen major and align their application materials with the program's focus and the GKS scholarship's objectives. This includes reviewing whether their stated motivations, academic plans, and future goals support a consistent application.

  4. Individual Guidance Throughout the Application Process

Every applicant has a different academic background, set of experiences, and reason for wanting to study in Korea. We take these differences into account when providing guidance. Our objective is to help you prepare a complete, well-organised, and thoughtfully developed application that presents your qualifications as effectively as possible. While no consultancy can guarantee acceptance, careful preparation can help applicants avoid preventable mistakes and communicate their suitability for the program more effectively.

7. Our Relationship with Kyungnam College of Information and Technology (KIT)

Intuition works to build relationships with Korean educational institutions so that we can better guide prospective international students through the university application process. Our working relationship with KIT supports our efforts to connect suitable applicants with this GKS-U opportunity and provide guidance tailored to the program. We believe that responsible applicant guidance begins with understanding both the student's profile and the expectations of the intended program.

For this reason, we encourage prospective applicants to consider their academic readiness, Korean language proficiency, chosen major, and long-term study plans before applying. When assessing applicants for our assistance services, we aim to identify students who are genuinely interested in studying in Korea and are prepared to undertake the responsibilities of an international student.

Our focus is on helping applicants prepare responsibly and ensuring that their applications present an accurate picture of their qualifications and intentions.

Important: Our relationship with KIT does not guarantee admission, scholarship nomination, or final selection. All applications remain subject to the official screening and selection procedures.
